You can get some amazing views on Kanin from the highest ''beach'' near Ski bum bar. Our welcoming staff will most surely satisfy all your dining needs with variety of food and drinks. The pub Kaninske legende, situated in the parking lot, right next to the station A, offers a lovely atmosphere and good food. 

 

Mountain hiking trails

From the starting point on D station you can go on a wide variety of tours:

• Prestreljenik window
• Via Sedlo and Prevala to the Italian side
• Those who are more experienced can also visit the High Kanin, but the ascent is rather demanding and runs along a protected path.

 

Educational trail (Interpretive nature trail)

around the mountain top there are informational panels about:

• Kanin range
• Pasturing,
• Mountainneering and skiing
• Surface and underground karst
• Glacial erosion
• Flora and fauna

 

Adrenalin park Via Ferrata Sedlo - Prestreljenik

Every step you make is accompanied by a wonderful view on the Bovec valley, as well as with great views on Triglav and Adriatic sea. The route and paths are well protected.

The following protective equipment is mandatory when using the route:

• helmet
• alpine belt with equipment
• we recommend: comfortable hiking shoes and clothes, water.

 

Paragliding
